Damages and issues
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help!
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can make it right!

To assist you as quickly and effectively as possible, please be prepared to provide clear photo evidence of the damaged item and packaging.
Unfortunately, due to limited inventory, we do not offer replacements. Our team will issue a partial or full refund for the item depending on the damage in question, if applicable—no worries!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
