Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Bethy Organic, we strive to make your experience as smooth and flexible as possible. That’s why we offer a variety of purchase options, including one-time orders, pre-orders, and subscription plans.

 

Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

  • You may cancel any order before it is shipped.

  • To cancel, email sales@bethyorganic.com with your order number.

  • Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may still return the item in line with our Return Policy.

 

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the expected shipping date.

  • Email info@bethyorganic.com with your order details and “Pre-order cancellation” in the subject line.

 

Subscriptions

  • You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

  • If cancellation occurs after your billing date, it will apply to the next scheduled delivery.
